Order Processing and Shipping
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery.

- Next Day Delivery: 1 business day

Tracking Your Order
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment on the courier's website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Please note that orders shipped outside of the UK may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

No Refunds: All sales are final.

Exchanges (if applicable): We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. To request an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with details. We may require photographic evidence. We will provide instructions on returning the item and obtaining a replacement.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved, your replacement will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days.
